The Rules

Currently we are only accepting properties which are already commercially let. Please note some important points from these conditions.

• You agree to provide the property without charge.
• You agree to confirm or reject a provisional booking within 48 hours.
• If you wish to cancel a confirmed booking, we will require you to provide an alternative holiday let.
• You agree to contact the applicant with property address via e-mail.
• You may decide to charge a cancellation fee in the event that the property is confirmed but not used.
• The user will be responsible for any damage to the property.
• Repairs will be carried out by your management without recourse to Give Us Time.
• The property is fully insured to comply with legal hire requirements.
• You agree that there is no restriction to you making the donation of property.
• The property is fit for purpose of being a holiday let.
• You agree to respect the privacy of the applicant whilst on holiday.
